Promoting Environmental Awareness in the City of Irvine

Clean Air Day

Take the Clean Air Day Pledge and
 Receive A Reusable Mask

October 7 is California Clean Air Day built on the idea that shared experiences unite people to action to improve our community health. By joining together for a unified day of action we can create new habits to clear the air for all members of California’s diverse communities.

When you take the Clean Air Pledge you commit to do your part to clear the air, through actions big and small such as: using natural all-purpose cleaners, buying produce locally, planting an indoor plant, and walking or biking to the store.

Take the Clean Air Pledge and forward your confirmation email to environmentalprograms@cityofirvine.org to receive your prize, a reusable cotton mask, while supplies last. The first 150 participants that send in the pledge confirmation will also receive a reusable shopping bag. Prizes will be mailed to participants; campaign runs until October 8.

Even though we can't all be together, we can all virtually come together to make a difference.
