Welcome to the Library Reading Corner for June 2023
All Together Now! The 2023 Summer Reading Program Begins June 10th at the Goleta & Santa Ynez Valley Libraries
At the Goleta and Santa Ynez Valley Libraries, the annual fun-filled Summer Reading Program for all ages will begin on Saturday, June 10th. This year’s program – All Together Now – will run for seven weeks through July 29th and will celebrate the many wonderful ways that libraries and reading bring us together as a community.
Starting June 10th, children and teens can pick up a reading log to track their reading and earn prizes as they finish their books. Adults can enter one prize drawing ticket for each book they read for a chance to win prizes in our weekly drawings.
There is something for everyone at the library this summer, from earning community service hours by becoming a Teen Volunteer, to winning fantastic prizes donated by our generous sponsors, to attending exciting weekly programs (including the return of the Stuffed Animal Sleepover!).
