projects which have a bicycle component.
Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan
Another workshop on the City’s
Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan has been scheduled for Thursday, December 8 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Encina Royal Clubhouse
Lounge (250 Morten Bay Lane, Goleta).

Complete Streets
Complete Streets is the project to consider
a redesign of Hollister Avenue in Old Town (from Fairview Avenue to State Route
217) within the existing right of way.
The goal is to improve how pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and transit
get around, as well as to make the area more visually appealing to walk, cycle, drive, shop, and dine
in Old Town through landscape and
streetscape enhancements. There will be
a number of opportunities to give feedback. Stay tuned for details and click
