The City has just released revised draft EIRs for the Shelby Project. The proposed project would contain 60 units of single-family residences on a
14.38-net acre property at 7400 Cathedral Oaks Road (APN 077-530-019).

The comment deadline
(environmental issues only) is December 14, 2015 at 5pm, and an Environmental
Hearing Officer hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 2nd, at 5pm at City
Hall
