The City has just released the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Old Town Village Mixed-Use Project. The proposed project would contain 175 units in a mixed use development on a 12.31-acre site located immediately west of the intersection of Kellogg Way and S. Kellogg Avenue (known as the "Page Site"). Further details and notices and documents are available on the City's website here.
The Planning Commission will consider the project on Monday, July 27th, 2015 at 6pm.
