GGT and GGF customer surveying begins tomorrow
Golden Gate Bridge District sent this bulletin at 09/18/2013 03:44 PM PDTBeginning September 19 and continuing daily for a week, Golden Gate Transit regional (basic and commute routes) and Golden Gate Ferry customers will be asked to participate in a passenger survey. Consultants will be onboard our buses and ferries collecting names and telephone numbers and customers will be called at a later time to provide information on origin/destination, purpose of trip, access and egress modes, and demographics.
This region-wide survey is sponsored by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission which will use the data to improve their travel model and by the GGBHTD to assist in making Title VI analyses.
