Learn the difference between patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright protection. Which type of protection is right for you? What happens if you do not seek protection? What are the limits to protection? What is the cost of protection?

This workshop is presented by Michael Shimokaji of the law firm of Shimokaji & Associates, P.C., of Irvine, specialists in intellectual property. For more than 20 years Mr. Shimokaji has supported clients in industries as diverse as aerospace, apparel, household products, medical devices, software, telecommunications, photo imaging, and semiconductors.
