Fourth of July Celebration

Thursday, July 4th 

Gather the family, call your friends and join the City of Fontana at the annual 4th of July Celebration on Thursday, July 4th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Fontana High School (9453 Citrus Ave.). There will be patriotic fireworks, a live performance by “Kalimba-The Spirit of Earth Wind & Fire”, delicious food from vendors, activities, giveaways and more! 

Tickets are just $6 (all ages) and must be purchased in advance. Hurry, get your tickets while supplies last. You can purchase tickets during standard office hours at:

Dodger Dreamfield 51 Now Open

Play Ball! Dodger Dreamfield Park No. 51 is Now Open

The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation officially unveiled its 51st Dodgers Dreamfield at Jack Bulik Park (16581 Filbert Ave.) in Fontana on June 22. Dodgers Dreamfield No. 51 is home to the city's first universally accessible field that will provide children of all abilities a safe place to play baseball and softball. Skate Nights

Summer Skate Nights 

June 5 - July 31

Lace up your skates and head down to the Fontana Sports Pavilion (15556 Summit Ave.) for Family Skate Nights every Wednesday now until July 31. & Family Fun Nights

June 7  - July 27

Cool off on hot summer nights and have some fun at one of the city's pools featuring Family Fun Nights and Dive-In Movies: 

Dive-in Movies are hosted on Fridays at the Heritage Center (7350 W. Liberty Pkwy) and Saturdays at the Don Day Center (14501 Live Oak Ave) through July 27 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The animated family films can be seen on a big screen while attendees cool off in the pool. Regular admission fees apply.

Family Fun Nights are every Tuesday now through July 23 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Take an evening swim or make a splash with provided water toys at: Don Day Pool (14501 Live Oak Ave.), Heritage Pool (7350 W. Liberty Pkwy.), and Miller Pool (17004 Arrow Blvd.). Regular admission is applied.

Arts Festival Returns July 27

Fontana Arts Festival Returns to Fontana Park 

Saturday, July 27

Join us at the Fontana Arts Festival July 27 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Fontana Park (15556 Summit Ave). We will be hosting a variety of entertainment for all to enjoy such as live music, craft activities, art demonstrations, artisanal shopping, a kids zone, and more.

The Fontana Arts Festival is your one-stop destination for spectacular visual arts, showcasing over 50 local artists. Activities include fun and educational children's activities, along with interactive demonstrations such as calligraphy, ceramics, screen printing, crocheting and jewelry making.
