Owner-Occupied Rehab Program

El Dorado County Seal

El Dorado County is currently developing Homebuyer/Rehabilitation Loans and Affordable Housing Developments to assist residents. The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program offers eligible homeowner households deferred loans for repairs and construction within the unincorporated areas of El Dorado County. These deferred loans may help qualifying residents make much needed repairs and construction to their homes. Due to increasing costs related to construction and home repairs, these loans may help residents meet their financial obligations related to home repair and construction. Contact staff at (530) 621-5824 or send an email inquiry to Loans@edcgov.us. The program guidelines are currently being developed, so sign-up to receive updates regarding program timelines and eligibility.
