FEMA Individual Assistance |
The El Dorado County District 2 office of Supervisor George Turnboo has been working since the Caldor Fire began to ensure the victims receive Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Individual Assistance (IA). Despite the best efforts by County, State and Federal representatives, FEMA Individual Assistance was denied three separate times to victims of the Caldor Fire. Senators Alex Padilla and Diane Feinstein wrote a letter questioning the determination made by FEMA. We greatly appreciate the attention the Senators have given this issue. We still need help with FEMA Individual Assistance for the victims of the Caldor Fire.
