The event is open to everyone interested. The Food Bank will be providing food, beverages, and live entertainment. The Emergency Resource Center is being built with the specific goal of providing resources for responding to regional emergencies.

Public Health Survey |
El Dorado County is collecting input from the community about public health issues they want the Health Department to focus on. The process began by entering various communities and having conversations with people in everyday environments. The in-person process included teams of public health staff asking people to vote (with stickers) for their top three health issues from a list presented. The staff and general public have been very engaging and has extended their input collection to an online survey in English or in Spanish. Residents (especially in District 2) are encouraged to participate in the Health Department survey to provide more adequate representation of the people’s will.
