Right of Entry Form

Caldor Flag

To receive assistance from California’s Consolidated Debris Removal Program, residents must complete a Right of Entry (ROE) form. Granting Right of Entry to State and County government inspectors will provide access to clean up hazardous materials on the property. The government intends to inspect, cut, test, remove, clear and monitor wildfire-generated debris. Hazards can include burned or partially burned structures, ash, concrete foundations, contaminated soil, vehicles, trailers, waste or other debris and hazard trees. Furthermore, the ROE authorizes inspectors to identify hazards and debris that are eligible to be removed. Residents that do not complete a Right of Entry (ROE) form may be liable for cleanup costs.
