NOTICE OF IMMINENT CONSTRUCTION
SEPULVEDA AIP PHASE III, P-797
SEPULVEDA BOUELVARD / LINDBLADE STREET CROSSWALK PROJECT
This is to advise you that a construction contract has been awarded for a Public Works improvement project at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Lindblade Street. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 30, 2012 and be completed by end of May 2012. This project consists of:
- Removal of existing asphalt pavement and subgrade and replacement with new brick pavers on the northern, southern, and eastern legs of the intersection at Sepulveda Boulevard and Lindblade Street;
- Replacement of traffic loop detectors at the northern and eastern intersection approaches.
Due to the construction, you may experience temporary loss of street parking, a brief loss of driveway access to your property, construction noise, dust, etc., even though every effort will be made by the City and the Contractor to minimize these inconveniences. Your patience and cooperation in observing all traffic controls, parking restrictions and traffic control workers will be sincerely appreciated and will help in expediting construction of the project.
The expected hours of work will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some work can be expected on weekends. Please direct all inquiries or concerns to either the City’s Project/Construction Manager or the Construction Superintendent noted below.
