Culver City Accepting FIESTA LA BOO-LONA Vendor Applications and Sponsors through September 6th

The Culver City Parks, Recreation & Community Services (PRCS) Department is excited to announce that plans are underway for this year’s Fiesta La Ballona which takes place Halloween weekend: Friday, October 29 through Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Community members were recently invited to help us come up with a creative name for this once-in-a-lifetime event and from the many creative submissions, one stood out.  This year’ s event will be known as FIESTA LA BOO-LONA, from the HEART of SCREAMLAND!

Calling all Vendors and Sponsors

We have room for more!  Vendor applications are currently available online.  All community groups, merchandise and craft sellers, as well as food trucks and booths are welcome to submit an application. Details and application may be found on the Fiesta webpage.

Event sponsors are welcome at all donation levels.  Depending on amount of support, sponsor benefits may include company logos on promotional material, social media posts, banner display, booth space, reserved parking, etc.  More specific information regarding sponsorship levels and benefits as well as the online contact form may also be found on the Fiesta webpage.

The Event

Though the time of year is unusual, the event will be hosted at the traditional location of Veterans Memorial Park (4117 Overland Avenue, Culver City, 90230). Community members can look forward to the popular carnival rides and games, live music and dance performances, a diverse variety of food vendors, a beer & wine garden, craft and retail shopping areas—plus local community and non-profit booths. New fall-themed activities will also be added, such as pumpkin carving and costume competitions, trick-or-treating on Sunday—and more!

For questions about any of our recreation programs or facility rental options, please contact the PRCS Department by phone at (310) 253-6650 or via email or visit the PRCS Department page on the City's website.
