The City Council awarded a construction contract to Ortiz Enterprises Inc., for the Culver Blvd. Realignment and Stormwater Retention Project. Starting on Monday, February 17, Culver Blvd. between Sepulveda Blvd. and Elenda St. will be reconstructed along the parkway median. The work will be performed in phases on weekdays and it is anticipated to take 18 months to complete. The work hours will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Contractor will provide follow-up notifications to the affected businesses and residents with the specific dates of construction.
