Skate Park Restroom & Office Building Project at Culver City Skate Park to commence mid-January 2020 until approximately June 2020.
The Project is to construct a 340 square foot cement block office and restroom building adjacent to the Skate Park. The building includes an office and storage room for use by Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Department staff, and a public restroom for Skate Park patrons.
Due to the construction, park users may experience temporary loss of parking spots in front of the Skate Park facility. Construction fencing will be installed protecting the project and park users from the construction site. The Skate Park will remain open during construction. Your patience and cooperation in observing all construction zones and parking restrictions and will be sincerely appreciated and will help in expediting construction of the project.
Construction Hours are typically from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
