Specifications and Bid Documents

One original, one electronic, and three copies of the bid must be submitted to the CITY CLERK in a sealed envelope at CITY HALL, 9770 Culver Boulevard, Culver City, California, 90232, not later than 3:00 p.m. on January 16, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened at the City Clerk's Desk on the first floor of City Hall.  Late submissions will not be accepted. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.  Any bidder may withdraw his/her bid, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.  A withdrawal will not be effective unless made personally or by telephonic notification received prior to the closing date.  Bids may later be referred to the City Council for appropriate action.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids as the best interests of the City may dictate.
