LA County began mailing Vote by Mail (VBM) ballots and Official Sample Ballot booklets on October 10th in rolling batches. If you haven't received your booklet in the mail yet, which includes the full text and arguments for Culver City's ballot Measures CA, CB, CD and CW, you may view it online by going to

HOW TO VOTE BY MAIL IN CULVER CITY
WEEKDAY DROP OFF: Between October 11th and November 7th, you may drop-off your VBM ballot for the November 8th General Election on the first floor of City Hall in the secure and safe drop-off box!
WEEKEND DROP OFF: West Los Angeles College will be one of five sites where Los Angeles County voters can cast their VBM ballots early. The polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, October 29 and 30 and on November 5 and 6 in the Fine Arts Building, Room 103. West Los Angeles College is located at 9000 Overland Avenue (near Jefferson), Culver City, CA 90230. Free parking is provided.
You may also mail it to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk or drop it off at a polling place on Election Day.
All voters in Los Angeles County have the option to vote by mail. And VBM ballots, postmarked by Election Day, will be counted if received within three days by the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (California Senate Bill 29).
