CC Alert: Affected by Major Service Disruptions? We’re Here to Help!

Capitol Corridor launched a pilot program on Monday, April 27, 2026, in partnership with Uber to provide up to $30 toward Uber rides to passengers affected by major service disruptions. When eligible, you will receive an Uber voucher (up to $30), at no cost to you, to help you reach your destination when your train is significantly delayed, terminated, or your station is closed.   

During a qualifying disruption, you’ll receive a service alert (email/SMS) with a voucher link. All you need to do is:  

1. Tap the link
2. Redeem in the Uber app
3. Request your ride
