The City of Belmont invites sealed bids for public project construction described as: Belmont Library Exterior Painting Project, City Contract Number 2024-632. The public project construction is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes the following items of work: painting of the exterior of the Belmont Library located at 1110 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont, CA 94002, a building with stucco and metal railing surfaces (the “Work”).
