American Canyon Police Arrest Vallejo Man for Possession of Burglary Tools, Stolen Property and More

AMERICAN CANYON, Calif., Aug. 8, 2025 — Just before 4 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, American Canyon Police conducted a traffic stop on Kimberly Drive on a rented Jetta that was missing license plates. Upon contacting the driver, Keyshaun Anderson of Vallejo, officers observed a ski mask, gloves and the vehicle’s license plates on the floorboard.

During a further investigation and search of the car, officers discovered burglary tools, a recently stolen purse, stolen driver’s licenses and ammunition. One of the stolen driver’s licenses was linked to a vehicle burglary reported earlier in the City of American Canyon.

As a result, Anderson was arrested and charged with possession of burglary tools, identity theft, burglary, receiving stolen property, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and petty theft with two or more prior convictions. He was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections.
