New Evidence Leads to Second Arrest of Brad Rowell

(April 12, 2024 – 10:30 AM)

This morning, April 12, 2024, Detectives from the Napa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brad Rowell on new charges. As a result of an ongoing investigation, a no bail warrant was issued for several counts of Penal Code 288(c)(1) – Lewd act upon a Child and Penal Code 261.5(d) – Unlawful sexual intercourse.

Detectives arrested Rowell near his residence in Sonoma where he was taken into custody and brought back to Napa County to be booked into the jail.
