AMERICAN CANYON, Calif., August 3, 2023 - On August 2, 2023, shortly before 2:00 PM, American Canyon Police stopped a silver Infiniti sedan for vehicle registration that had expired over one year ago in the 100 block of Hearthstone Drive. Officers searched the vehicle that Grayson and the front passenger, 36-year-old Rahsad Gibbs of San Francisco, were traveling in. What appeared to be a bullet hole was seen near the gas cap of the vehicle. Inside an air vent of the vehicle, a large quantity of MDMA pills and cocaine packaged for sale were located. Next to the suspected controlled substances was a loaded non-serialized Polymer 80 .9MM handgun.

Grayson is a convicted felon and not allowed to possess firearms. He was arrested for numerous felony and misdemeanor charges involving DUI, illegal firearm possession and possession of controlled substances for sales.
