Good morning!
This is a friendly reminder of the enhanced "Water Portal" tool available to you.
The City of American Canyon is unveiling exciting enhancements to the tool for customers to track water usage. The customer "Water Portal" will upgrade to include easier-to-navigate content, a calculator to help guide target household use, compare use to others, and more!
All water customers with an email address on file in their account were sent an email from "Aquatrax" the week of August 1st inviting them to reset their password to access the new "Water Portal." The email came from noreply@aquatraxsolutions.com and contained a link to initiate a password reset for your City of American canyon account.
If you have not received an email from noreply@aquatraxsolutions.com please check your junk/spam folder. The email was sent to the email address you provided in your American Canyon utility billing account. Alternatively, visit www.myaquatrax.com, click on "Register Now." The Aquatrax Registration User Guide will assist you in the registration process. You'll also need a copy of your bill (see below).
