Notice of Public Hearing
The American Canyon Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 6:30 PM to consider the following:
Two Resolutions to approve Design Permits for the operation of a stationery food truck serving take-out Mexican cuisine in the Broadway District at 4225 Broadway St and the vacant pad south of 210 American Canyon Rd, APNs 058-270-008 and 059-110-056 (File Numbers PL21-0007 and PL21-0010).

If you challenge the particular proceedings in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City prior to the public hearing.
The meeting will broadcast live on the City's YouTube Channel, Napa Valley TV Cable Channel 28, and on the City's website.
