Hello!
I hope that everyone is enjoying the long summer days and beautiful weather. This is the perfect time of year to work on home improvement projects. If you are considering doing some work around the house, be sure to visit the Building & Construction page on the City’s website for information about building permits and requirements for various projects. Plans and permit applications can be submitted completely on-line. As always, staff are available to answer questions and help guide you through the process. Please call (707) 647-4348 or email permittech@cityofamericancanyon.org if you need assistance.
Please stay safe, be kind, and remember to wear a mask.

SDG 330 Warehouse The SDG 330 warehouse construction at the end of the new Commerce Court cul-de-sac is nearing completion. The building is painted muted earth-tone colors, but the exciting part is the project will construct a landscaped and bicycle trail between the end of the new Commerce Court cul-de-sac and the future Wetlands Edge Court. The access gate paved trail and low-light fixtures are in place. Trees and shrubs are next. We’ll include photos when they are installed.

Largest Warehouse in County The second of five Napa Logistics Park warehouses is nearly finished. Located at 400 Boone Drive, at 702,000 sq ft, this warehouse may be the largest one in Napa County. With certainty, this warehouse and the Ikea warehouse are the best looking in Napa County, if not anywhere! A tenant has not been announced yet, but Orchard Partners, the property owner, says that the tenant will be an e-commerce distributor and will use a rail spur to transport its product. More news to come as this building finishes up.
