Vacancies with Bay Area Community Services, Supported Independent Living Program

 

FYI - BACS Supported Independent Living Program (SIL) is currently accepting referrals from Alameda County Service Teams to their "program for three vacancies in one Alameda County Location.  

  • The vacancies are located at Humphrey Lane in East Oakland. 
  • Humphrey Lane has twelve single bedrooms in 2 Co-ed Houses. 
  • Humphrey lane is a HUD subsidized project wherein rent is 30% of your income plus security deposit (that equals one months rent) & utilities.
  • Gated and secure property.
  • Shared bathroom with tub & shower.
  • Coin operated on site laundry facilities. 
  • Close to Eastmont Mall bus depot and a 10-minute bus ride to BART.
  • Client is responsible for a monthly program fee ($105.00). 
  • Mandatory criminal background and credit checks. 
  • This is a long term housing program
