Notice of Funding Available
Yesterday we forwarded a message from State HCD regarding the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities RFP process. The links in that email did not go to a working State website. We are forwarding the below email, with updated links.

Affordable Housing and
Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program Concept Proposal application
instructions and FAAST system online application tool are now available on
the Department’s website. All applications must be submitted to
the Department using the FAAST online application submittal process.
Applicants can access the FAAST system at https://faast.waterboards.ca.gov/Login.aspx.
Please refer to the Concept
Proposal application instructions for detailed information on setting up a
FAAST system ID and using the FAAST system for application submittal.

applications are due Thursday, February 19, 2015 by 5:00 p.m. **
HCD and SGC staff will be
conducting technical assistance workshops during the next two weeks in the
following locations:
February 10, 2015 Stockton
February 12, 2015 Oakland
