Alameda County Property Tax News & Announcements - 01/23/2014

 

This is a reminder that the 2^nd installment of the 2013-2014 Secured Property Tax is due on Saturday, February 1, 2014.  If not paid by Thursday, April 10, 2014 the tax will include a delinquent penalty of 10% and a delinquent cost of $10.00.

You can get information about your tax and whether it has been paid, pay your tax by eCheck or credit card, or get answers to Frequently Asked Questions at the Alameda County Tax Payment Web Page or by phone at (510) 272-6800.

NOTE:  You may disregard this notice if you have already made the payment.

 

New Mobile Property App

The Alameda County Treasurer-Tax Collector is pleased to announce that the AC Property App is now available on Android devices as well as Apple devices. You can lookup your assessed value, property taxes, and parcel map. You can even pay your property taxes right from the app. Download it from Google Play or the iTunes store.
