Handling a boundary dispute involving a fence that is not located on the property boundary line? This informative lunchtime program will address the most common boundary problems that arise and discuss real-world solutions that resolve these disagreements.
Speaker David Roth is an Oakland attorney specializing in real estate law and litigation, with an emphasis on easements and boundary disputes. He is one of the authors of CEB’s California Easements and Boundaries: Law and Litigation.
