I was honored to facilitate a discussion with US Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier and Becerra, Congresswoman Barbara Lee, ALL IN's Chief Medical Officer Dr. Steven Chen, and additional community partners at Native American Health Center (NAHC) to learn how community partnerships are being leveraged to strengthen the safety net and address both individuals’ medical and non-medical needs through COVID response and beyond.
Alameda County Redistricting Public Input
The Alameda County Board of Supervisors will be reviewing draft maps for the 2021 redistricting over the the next few weeks. I invite the community to participate in an upcoming public hearing to receive redistricting updates and provide public comment. All meetings are currently planned to be conducted virtually via https://bos.acgov.org/broadcast/.

Testing for COVID-19 in Alameda County
In partnership with community partners, ACPHD is operating free COVID-19 testing locations throughout the county.
Testing is free and available to anyone with or without symptoms at all community testing sites in Alameda County. You will not be asked about immigration status and do not need insurance at any of these locations.
