Alameda County Superior Court Civil E-Filing - October 12, 2021

Starting in October, the Superior Court of Alameda County will be introducing a new civil case management system, eCourt, including e-filing and an on-line case reservation system.

Eventually, use of e-filing will become mandatory for practicing attorneys while remaining discretionary for self-represented litigants.

The court has begun to release information pages on the new system. (Not all the pages listed below are active just yet.)
