Housing and Economic Rights Advocates (HERA) attorney will help homeowners for FREE on understanding your rights and keeping your home. Get the latest updates to your options as a homeowner for loan modification or making your mortgage affordable.  Learn about your legal rights, how to avoid foreclosure rescue scams, and more!  We will also take your individual questions.

About the speaker: Jonathan Dorsey received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At Hastings, he wrote for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and externed at the California Court of Appeal. His practice experience includes civil litigation as well as in-house work. He has been with Thomson Reuters for 8 years.

National Consumer Law Center Digital Library - Now available on ACLL computers  The NCLC Digital Library provides access to the complete text of all NCLC treatises on consumer law topics including: debt collection and debtor rights, foreclosures and mortgage lending, student loans, truth in lending, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, credit reporting, credit discrimination, consumer warranty law, and repossessions, among other consumer protection issues. Documents can be emailed, saved to a USB drive, or printed for .20/page.
