Native American Health Center (NAHC) will be providing the COVID-19 vaccine to Alameda County community members who are eligible in Phase 1A and Phase 1B this weekend. To see if you are eligible for a vaccine in either of these phases, please review the guidelines available on Alameda County's dedicated COVID-19 Vaccine website.

On each vaccination clinic day, NAHC will vaccinate the first 250 eligible community members to arrive at the site.
Community members who reside in the Fruitvale and San Antonio districts of Oakland that are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine at the mobile vaccination clinic will need to confirm eligibility, register, and make an appointment either online at https://myturn.ca.gov/ or through NAHC's dedicated vaccine phone line at (510) 434-5360.
Monday, February 22: Register for a Vaccine by Phone with CVS
On Monday, February 22, 2021, CVS is offering a one day only opportunity to register for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment by phone at 1-855-287-3456.
CVS has an opportunity to “hold” a limited number of COVID-19 vaccine spots early next week in Alameda County (where they have a supply dedicated to underserved populations with a focus on Black and Hispanic community members who are 65 and older).
Eligible Alameda County residents can call a special toll-free number at 1-855-287-3456 to schedule an appointment for a free COVID-19 vaccine.
The window of time to sign up for a vaccine appointment is ONLY good for one day – Monday, Feb. 22nd from 8 am – 11 pm EASTERN TIME ZONE.
