Those documents include:

- Power of attorney
- Advance health care directive
- Transfer on death documents for certain kinds of accounts
About the Speaker: Aeyoung Kim is a staff attorney at Housing and Economic Rights Advocates (HERA) providing estate planning services and probate assistance. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Kim worked for 11 years in the Superior Court of San Diego County, primarily in the Probate Division as a Probate Examiner. Ms. Kim is bilingual in Korean and English.

About the Speaker:
Christopher Nguyen comes with over nine years of experience working at the Alameda County Assessor’s Office. The supervisor of the Assessment Roll Parcel ID Unit is an expert of procedures and the law concerning change of ownership and potential reassessment triggers. A graduate of Cal State East Bay with a major in Business Administration, Mr. Nguyen takes pride in his leadership and mentoring of his team to successfully close the assessment roll each year.
