QA Update: New Policies and other Information

As you many of you know, ACBHCS just completed the triennial system review conducted by the California Department of Health Care Services. Coordinating this event was a true undertaking that took the Quality Assurance Office months to complete. In the midst of this process, there were several policies finalized:
- NOA Policy with Attachments
- Revised Consumer Grievance and Appeal Process
- Policy Re: Obtaining Authorization to Prescribe Psych Meds to Youth
- Revised Policy Re: Audit of Medical Charts of SMHS and Non-SMHS
