GET AN UPDATE ON REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY PLANNING EFFORTS PAST AND FUTURE

More that 850 Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) projects have been completed, including bike lanes/paths, bus pullouts, signalized pedestrian crossings, drainage features, transit expansion, wildlife crossings, and more.

The RTA is offering a virtual presentation for groups, such as Neighborhood Associations, to review the status of the current voter-approved RTA plan and talk about what should be in the second RTA plan, RTA Next. While the current RTA plan and sales tax are not set to expire until June 2026, the RTA is proactively working to establish a new 20-year investment plan sooner rather than later. That plan will  include future regional transportation projects and now is the time to start talking about what those should be.

Watch this short video to learn about scheduling a virtual RTA presentation for your group. To arrange a presentation, contact Mindy Blake at Mblake@pagregion.com.
