RWRD Adopts Updated Standards for Engineering Design, Construction
The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) recently adopted the 2022 Engineering Design Standards and the 2022 Standard Specifications and Details for Construction.
Subsequently, in the interest of promoting countywide acceptance and use of these standards and details, the Pima County Board of Supervisors accepted their sponsorship and the responsibility of keeping them current and viable.
Director's View
Maintaining a safe work environment has always been our first priority at RWRD. However, we’ve had a few injuries so far this year, so I wanted to remind you that it’s important to keep safety in mind at all times. Always be aware of your surroundings and make sure you’re following the proper procedures when carrying out any task.
