Save Water, Promote Healthy Oceans, Win Great Prizes

National Mayors Challenge

Mayors nationwide, including Mesa Mayor John Giles, have challenged their residents to conserve water on behalf of their city. Do your part for clean water and a healthy ocean. Plus, be entered to win 100s of prizes, including $3,000 for your home utilities. It's easy and only takes a few minutes! Just go to MyWaterPledge.com

The artist, Wyland (known for marine life murals), began the initiative when we observed how our oceans & marine life were impacted by pollution. He created this annual competition to reward residents for positive conservation behavior and to put a spotlight on the impact everyone can have with their daily choices to save water and to improve water quality... like saying "no" to plastic straws.

Oh, and Mesa is currently in 8th place for our population category... Let's go Mesa!
