Small Business / Non-Profit Relief Grants

Maricopa County is offering grants up to $25,000 to small businesses and nonprofits experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Relief grants are intended to support the continued viability of small businesses and nonprofits across the Valley. For-profit businesses and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located in Maricopa County are eligible.

Residential Utility Assistance

Mesa al Fresco Outdoor Expansion for Restaurants & Bars

City of Mesa is offering a unique “open air” patio dining opportunity for Mesa restaurants and bars.
The temporary patio program is designed to allow Mesa eating and drinking establishments a chance to
expand their services to outdoor areas to provide greater social distancing opportunities. Complete the
Temporary Expansion of Premise Application to receive approval in just a few short days. In addition,
Mesa’s offering a patio reimbursement opportunity through Mesa CARES*.
