No Hot Dogs
Unfortunately, vehicular heatstroke has already claimed the life of a pet in Maricopa County this summer.
Minutes Matter: Even on mild days, the temperature inside you car can be deadly to pets. It doesn't matter whether it's cloudy, whether you're parked in the shade, or if your car's window is cracked open, none of these things will protect a pet left alone in a vehicle.
Keep Them at Home: Remember, for a pet, the difference between life and death is only minutes in a hot car. If they can't come with you into an establishment, it's best to leave them at home.
