The Deadline to Verify A Home Address Is Correct in ADP is Next Week!
If you have not already done so, please ask the employees in your department to make sure their home address is correct in ADP. All addresses must be updated in the system by Thursday, March 1, 2012.
Employees will be sent a Worksheet prior to Open Enrollment, and after they make their benefit elections online, a Confirmation Statement will be mailed to their home address. The Confirmation Statement gives them the opportunity to ensure the benefits they selected are correct.
Here's a reminder on how to change an address in ADP:
- Log into ADP: https://portal.adp.com.
- Select the “Personal Information” tab at the top of the page and then “Addresses” from the menu.
- To change the address, click the “Edit” button in the bottom left corner. Make the changes and then select “Save.”
Open Enrollment Kick-Off Meeting is March 22
Please plan to attend the Open Enrollment Kick-Off meeting Thursday, March 22 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 W. Jefferson, on the 10th floor. Register for the meeting by clicking here or by going through Pathlore, selecting "Special Class Offerings" from the drop down menu, and then clicking "Go!"
Reduce Medical Insurance Premiums
Maricopa County is offering benefits-eligible employees reductions in medical insurance premiums for FY 12/13. Employees are invited to participate in the Biometric Screening and Health Assessment to receive the savings for the new plan year. Additional premium reductions are also available for employees who are non-tobacco users.

FY 12/13 Will Be An Active Enrollment
All benefits-eligible employees will be required to access the Benefit Enrollment System to select their benefits for FY 12/13 or to waive coverage. Employees who do not take action will be defaulted into coverage that may not be best suited for them or their family. Please encourage employees to participate!
