Details: Hosted by Albertson’s/Safeway

This event is by appointment only. You must be 16 years of age or older to receive the Pfizer vaccine and 18 years of age or older to receive the Janssen (J&J) vaccine. Please come prepared with a face mask, official photo ID, and insurance card. If you are 16 or 17, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Vaccine: Moderna

Populations served: Adults 18+

Details: Hosted by Fry’s/ Kroger

The vaccine offered at this clinic is Moderna for those 18 years and older. The second dose appointment will be scheduled at the time of the 1^st dose appointment booking. Please bring ID and insurance card information (medical and prescription insurance) with you to your appointment.

As of March 24, Maricopa County eligibility for COVID-19 vaccine includes anyone age 18 and over (for Moderna and Janssen) and anyone age 16 and over (for Pfizer.)

To meet the needs of essential workers and other prioritized groups, smaller pop-up events are being planned around the county. Please check eligibility before registering for any pop-up event.

Some prioritized groups include:
- Frontline essential workers (Food and agriculture workers, grocery store, convenience store, and carniceria workers, U.S. Postal Service, manufacturing workers, public transit workers, including buses, Light Rail, Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rideshare, state and local government workers, funeral home workers, and some others)
- K-12 Teachers and Staff
- Childcare workers
- Healthcare and EMS workers
- Long-term care facility residents & staff
- Law Enforcement/Protective Services Workers
