Record numbers of COVID-19 cases are being reported in Maricopa County. We must all do our part to prevent the spread of the virus. Wear a cloth face covering in public, regardless of whether you feel sick or not.* This protects you, your family, and others around you in case you are infected and don’t have any symptoms yet.

What the Data Shows
There has been a significant increase in positive test results within the last couple of weeks. Data shows the percentage increase has gone from 6% the week of May 17 to 14% last week.
To reverse this trend and slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we must all continue to take action by following these steps:

Mosquito activity tends to increase in the summer, so now is the time to learn how you can help protect yourself and others from mosquitoes.

Maricopa County Reads is the award-winning online summer reading program provided by the Maricopa County Library District to all public libraries within Maricopa County.
