Human Services- Utility Assistance
Maricopa County can connect qualified residents to programs that help pay utility bills. Utility assistance is available every Monday from 8-10 am in the following communities:
Anthem, Buckeye • Carefree, Cave Creek • Harquehala • New River Palo Verde • Rainbow Valley • Tonopah • Wintersburg
