Social Distancing
The President announced social distancing measures should continue until April 30.
Here’s what social distancing means for individuals:
- Avoid unnecessary travel
- Essential visitors to hospitals and long-term care facilities ONLY
- Cancel non-essential mass gatherings
- Avoid groups of more than 10 people
- Telework when possible

Human Services
Health experts agree, one of the best ways to stop the spread of COVID-19 is to wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds each time. In order to serve those experiencing homelessness and those who may interact with them, the Maricopa County Human Services Department rented and delivered a hand washing station to the streets outside of the Human Services Campus in downtown Phoenix.
