Maricopa County Elections Department Mails Ballots to Voters for November 5 Election
PHOENIX— The Maricopa County Elections Department will begin mailing out ballots on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 for the upcoming Jurisdictional Election. Over 1.8 million voters are living in one or more of the 29 districts holding an Election. All eligible voters will receive a ballot by mail in the next few days.
"Maricopa County strives to provide excellence in all elections, and jurisdictional elections are no exception," Recorder Adrian Fontes said. "I encourage all voters to check their mailbox for their ballot and vote with confidence at their home, or visit one of the Ballot Replacement Centers that will be opening around the county between now and Election Day."
Voters have the option of mailing their ballot back, depositing their ballot at a Ballot Drop Box, or visiting a Ballot Replacement Center. Voters who chose to return their ballot through the postal service are encouraged to complete and send their ballot by October 30, 2019 to ensure the ballot reaches the Elections Department by Election Day.

PHOENIX— El Departamento de Elecciones del Condado de Maricopa comenzará a enviar boletas por correo el miércoles 9 de octubre de 2019 para la próxima Elección Jurisdiccional. Más de 1.8 millones de votantes viven en uno o más de los 29 distritos que tienen Elecciones. Todos los votantes que tengan derecho a votar recibirán una boleta por correo en los próximos días.
"El Condado de Maricopa se esfuerza por brindar excelencia en todas las Elecciones, y las Elecciones Jurisdiccionales no son una excepción", dijo el Registrador Adrian Fontes. "Invito a todos los votantes a buscar en su buzón por su boleta y votar con confianza desde su hogar, o visitar uno de los Centros de Reemplazo de Boletas que se abrirán en todo el Condado desde hoy hasta el Día de las Elecciones."
Los votantes tienen la opción de devolver su boleta por correo, depositarla en un buzón o visitar el Centro de Reemplazo de Boletas. Se invita a todos los votantes que eligieron devolver su boleta a través del servicio postal a llenar y enviar su boleta para el 30 de octubre de 2019 para garantizar que su boleta llegue al Departamento de Elecciones para el Día de las Elecciones.
