COMMENTS: Two storms have just appeared on radar just to the north of Canyon Lake and the other just to the north of western Apache Lake. These storms could dump a quick 1/2 inch of rain as they pass overhead, and create wind gusts to 30mph. Lightning does not appear do be a concern at this time. Boaters, as well as those on shore hiking/camping, will need to use caution as these storms move through the recreational areas over the next 60-75min. Message is valid until 4:15pm MST.
