Maricopa County Recorder’s Office commemorating a new digital recording kiosk in the City of Glendale
GLENDALE, Ariz.-- On June 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes will unveil the 13th digital recording kiosk in the county in its new location in Glendale City Hall.
Maricopa County was the first in the nation to introduce the digital recording kiosk. It scans and records documents, and is complete with built-in security features to keep transactions confidential. A staff member at the Recorder’s Office assists the kiosk customer by walking them through each step. Customers can also file documents with the Maricopa County Environmental Service Department, Air Quality Department, and the Planning and Development Department. On average, the kiosks record about 500 documents a month.
“This new kiosk is bringing services from the Recorder’s Office out to the people of Glendale, giving them the chance to record documents in a secure place without having to travel all the way to our downtown Phoenix office,” Fontes said.

La Oficina de Registro del Condado de Maricopa conmemora un nuevo kiosco de registro digital en la Ciudad de Glendale
GLENDALE, Ariz.-- El 14 de junio de 2018 a las 9:00 a.m., el Registrador del Condado de Maricopa, Adrian Fontes, inaugurará el 13º kiosco de registro digital en el condado en su nueva ubicación en el Ayuntamiento de la ciudad de Glendale.
El Condado de Maricopa fue el primero en la nación en introducir el kiosco de registro digital. Este kiosco escanea y registra documentos, y está equipado con funciones de seguridad para mantener las transacciones confidenciales. Un miembro del personal de la Oficina de Registro asiste al cliente del kiosco durante cada paso en el proceso. Los clientes también pueden presentar documentos con el Departamento de Servicios Ambientales del Condado de Maricopa, el Departamento de Calidad del Aire y el Departamento de Planificación y Desarrollo. En promedio, los kioscos registran unos 500 documentos al mes.
"Este nuevo kisoco trae servicios de la Oficina de Registro a la gente de Glendale, dándoles la oportunidad de registrar documentos en un lugar seguro sin tener que viajar hasta nuestra oficina del Centro de Phoenix", dijo Fontes.
