Traffic Advisory: Traffic signal upgrades at the intersection of Salome Highway and Wintersburg Road

Tonopah, AZ— Drivers can expect lane restrictions at the intersection of Salome Highway and Wintersburg Road beginning on February 19 as the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) begins construction to upgrade the traffic signals at the intersection. Improvements to the intersection include the addition of left turn lanes and ADA sidewalk ramps. Work is expected to last through June 2018. 

Drivers are asked proceed with caution while in the work zone. Please obey posted speed limits and watch for traffic control signs.
